I wrote the website for the Optus Smart Shop – a multi-functional platform that allowed customers to purchase, manage and use business applications, all in one place. Allied Irish Bank (AIB) were running a 3-month free trial to encourage users to sign up to their new business apps offering. I worked with the project marketing manager to design and write an email campaign to stimulate adoption, A-B testing different subject lines, headers, CTAs and body copy.
